Hi, I’m Dallas, founder of Empower HR Solutions
I believe all businesses deserve excellent HR and personalised support, no matter their size.
Often my clients don’t know what they need or what the solution is… that’s my job. I like working with small to medium businesses who see the value a good HR manager can provide. You can call me with a problem and know I will always give you strong support and solid advice, backed by over 20 years of senior experience.
I started Empower HR Solutions after speaking to a local fruit shop owner who was selling his business because he found managing staff too stressful. It made me wonder how many other small businesses didn’t know where to turn, were doing the same thing with the same result, and eventually had no other option but to close. I saw a need for small businesses to have someone who they can turn to for personalised support and effective HR solutions.
Solid relationships and trust are at the heart of good HR, and I make sure to get to know each of my clients personally, so I can create the most effective solutions.
I’ve had many of my clients for years. One started with no HR and one employee, and together we have grown her business to over 10 staff. Another client had some staff challenges and high turnover, so I did an audit and helped her to hire the right people and solidify her hiring, onboarding, and leadership processes. I coached her on how to lead her team, and she’s now seeing little to no staff turnover. She is set up for success, with a fantastic team behind her.
Over the years, I’ve also grown a large professional network and can also refer you to legal support, accountants, bookkeepers, and IT services as needed.
