Framework for communicating changes to the team, change fatigue, your role in the change process and engaging your team in change.
Dallas will share her knowledge from her 20 years' leadership and human resources experience including leading a remote team.

What happens if I can’t attend all of the live training sessions?
All sessions are recorded and are available within 24 hours of the session. For questions throughout the training you will have access to the Facebook group where the team and other attendees can respond to your questions.
Can I attend just one masterclass?
Unfortunately not at this stage as we build on knowledge throughout the program.
How does the Essentials Leadership Program differ from other courses?
The Essentials Leadership Program is facilitated by an experienced leadership trainer, there are live sessions and smaller class sizes to ensure there is time for interaction and to complete activities. The program has been broken up into weekly masterclasses to assist you to meet your other commitments.
Are there refunds?
No there are no refunds available.
Do you guarantee that this course will improve my leadership skills?
I would love to guarantee this but I can't. I'll be teaching you how to develop your leadership skills and be an effective leader. It's up to you to then take action on the strategies provided through the training.
