4 live masterclasses delivered by an experienced leadership coach/trainer
Access to the recordings after the masterclasses
Access to the private Facebook group for four weeks where you will be able to connect with the other attendees

2. Leading a team
Delegation, developing your team, characteristics of high performing teams, culture, engagement, team building, leading a remote team.
3. Difficult conversations
Giving feedback, performance management, framework for preparing and delivering feedback
4. Leading through change
Framework for communicating changes to the team, change fatigue, your role in the change process and engaging your team in change.

All sessions are recorded and are available within 24 hours of the session. For questions throughout the training you will have access to the Facebook group where the team and other attendees can respond to your questions.

The Essentials Leadership Program is facilitated by an experienced leadership trainer, there are live sessions and smaller class sizes to ensure there is time for interaction and to complete activities. The program has been broken up into weekly masterclasses to assist you to meet your other commitments.
