Annual Client Subscription Fees and Packages:

We have structured our membership packages so that you only pay for the level of service that you need.

 

1. Bronze: Business Essentials Package (0-200 staff)

Includes;

Unlimited use of the EmpowerHR telephone Advisory Service: (7:45am-6:00pm)


Your business partner is just a phone call away!


As a member of EmpowerHR you receive unlimited use of the telephone Advisory Service to assist you with any technical or workplace issues. We understand our clients often have demanding work schedules or operate in busy shift work environments, so our advisory team operates with extended business hours to ensure we can receive your call.

Advisory Service may include:

  • Minimum rates of pay
  • Award interpretations
  • Unions and rights of power
  • Common law agreements
  • Australian Workplace Agreements
  • Workers compensation matters
  • OH&S
  • Assistance with governing Acts
  • Human and Resource Management advice.

Oneoff annual subscription fee of $990.00 (excluding GST) and is tax deductible. The Membership fee can also be paid monthly by Direct Debit.

 

2. Silver: Standard Business Package (0-200 staff)

Includes;

a. Unlimited use of the telephone advisory service: (7:45am-6:00pm)

b. Individual Business Report:

Are you compliant? Understand and know what your business and associated risks are.

This individual business report provides an audit and 'gap analysis' of your site and highlights potential risks or compliance issues at your facility.

Business audit includes:

  • Industrial Relations
  • Human Resources
  • Workers compensation compliance risks

c. Award and Agreement Subscription:
Never miss out on a pay increase or award variation ever again!

Back pay or IR compliance issues can be complex and costly. This includes a hard and soft copy tailored to your organisation and includes your relevant award or collective agreement and contains an “easy to read” separate wage schedule for your convenience.

Includes all award and wage rate increases over the 12 month period (maximum of two awards - additional $295 each)

d. Free Industry Workshop
Learn essential 'hands on' skills to manage your staff through industry workshops. Receive one complimentary employment workshop aimed specifically towards your industry. Learn invaluable 'hands on' managerial skills. Seminars may include Forward with Fairness workshops and Termination and Redundancy workshop sessions.

e. Informative Industry newsletters
Stay Informed and receive monthly EmpowerHR IR/HR industry specific newsletters, consisting of legislative updates, industry news, IR and HR articles, and available training.

f. Discounted Consulting rates
Members receive access to discounted business consulting services, when on-site consultation or technical research is required.

g. Empower Policy & Manuals

Receive discounted member rates for HR and OH&S manuals and templates.


One off Annual subscription fee of $1995.00 (excluding GST) and is tax deductible. The Membership fee can also be paid monthly by Direct Debit.



3. Gold: Complete Business Partner Package (0-200 staff)

In addition to all services offered in the Silver package,

Gold Package Includes:

a. Free Empower Seminar Workshops
A maximum of two workshops per year specific to your organisation and industry.
 
b.  Business Report with key polices written for your organisation
Gold members will receive an Individual Business Report including a detailed 'gap analysis', highlighting any compliance and industry best practice recommendations for your company. This report comes complete with tailored IR/HR policies written specifically for your organisation which includes implementation support to ensure your employees understand the policies (maximum of 4 policies).

c.
Workers Compensation Audit
Ensure your facility is not only compliant, but operating strategically to substantially assist to save you on bottom line profits!  This package includes a Workers Compensation audit & two essential compliance policies; Occupational Rehabilitation and Risk Management policy. This aduit will not only assist you to have a safe workplace, but will prevent increased premimums resulting from poor management of Workers Compensation claims or poor incident reporting.

d.    Access to discounted Pragmatic Training courses
Formalise your professional industry skills and receive 40% off a Nationally Accredited Diploma.

Through our close alliance with industry business partners, as a gold member pf EmpowerHR you are entitled to receive an amazing 50% off an on-line Diploma course through Pragmatic Training. All Diplomas are nationally accredited and delivered to the
highest learning outcome.

e.    Discounted Consulting Fees
As a gold member you are entitled to the discounted member consulation fee packag. All gold members can access specialised IR/HR Consultants at the gold member discounted price (see rates schedule)
